Driving Directions
From Downtown/River Street/Broughton Street:
Take Whitaker Street south past Forsyth Park and through the Victorian District. Stay on Whitaker through the light at 37th Street. At the flashing yellow light, turn left onto 40th Street. Take the first right (before Bull Street) onto DeSoto Street. Le Chai is the first storefront on the right.
From Beaufort /Hilton Head Island:
Take SC-170 to US-17 South. Continue on US-17 South and cross the Talmadge Memorial Bridge. Take the first ramp off the bridge. Ramp turns into Oglethorpe Avenue. Continue on Oglethorpe Avenue and turn right onto Whitaker Street. Take Whitaker Street south past Forsyth Park and through the Victorian District. Stay on Whitaker through the light at 37th Street. At the flashing yellow light, turn left onto 40th Street. Take the first right (before Bull Street) onto DeSoto Street. Le Chai is the first storefront on the right.
From I-95/I-16:
Take I-16 East towards Savannah. Continue past exits for I-516. Take the 37th Street/Abercorn Street exit #165. Continue on 37th Street connector for one half mile. Bear left on 37th street and continue for approximately one half mile. Turn right onto Whitaker Street. At the flashing yellow light, turn left onto 40th Street. Take the first right (before Bull Street) onto DeSoto Street. Le Chai is the first storefront on the right.
From Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport:
Exit Airport following signs to I-95. Take I-95 South for approximately 5 miles. Take the I-16 East exit #99 towards Savannah and continue for approximately 6 miles. Continue pass exits for I-516. Take the 37th Street/Abercorn Street exit #165. Continue on 37th Street connector for one half mile. Bear left on 37th street and continue for approximately one half mile. Turn right onto Whitaker Street. At the flashing yellow light, turn left onto 40th Street. Take the first right (before Bull Street) onto DeSoto Street. Le Chai is the first storefront on the right.
