I've got some advise for this guy's lawyer. There are the established and familiar pleas 'temporary insanity', 'road rage', 'crime of passion' but I think there is room for one more.
The 'Overly alcoholic fruit bomb' defense.
There has to be a lawyer out there with the gall to pull this one off. And after he gets this guy off for getting down on some 36% alcohol Martinelli single vineyard zins, maybe he can score a few extra bones by filing a class action suit against the vintners of California. Oh yeah, Parker plays a roll in this so add him on by way of 'guilty by association.
